Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over $50
    Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations. Some Asian and remote regions may have restricted service.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for:

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Complying with local import regulations

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We stand behind our tactical products with a 15-day return window from the delivery date. To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Firearm-related items require original compliance documentation
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal compliance, the following items cannot be returned:

  • All ammunition products (including Airgun Ammunition, Airsoft BB’s, Blackpowder Bullets & Sabots)
  • Opened or used blackpowder accessories
  • Customized AR-15 parts
  • International orders requiring special export documentation

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    • Your order number
    • Product name and quantity
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you request refund or exchange
  2. Receive Authorization
    Within 24 business hours, you’ll receive:
    • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • Prepaid return label (for defective items only)
    • Detailed packing instructions
  3. Ship Your Return
    For standard returns:
    • Package items securely in original packaging
    • Include all original documentation
    • Affix RMA number visibly on the exterior
    • Ship via traceable method (we recommend DHL or FedEx)

Refund Processing

Upon receipt at our Washington facility:

  • Inspection: Completed within 3 business days
  • Refund Issuance: Processed within 48 hours of approval
  • Refund Method: Credited to original payment form
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 3-5 business days
    • PayPal: Instant to 24 hours

Exchange Process

For size/color exchanges:

  • Follow standard return procedure
  • Specify replacement item in your request
  • We’ll ship new item once return is received
  • Price differences handled via separate transaction

International Returns

For orders outside the U.S.:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Must include all original export documentation
  • Allow additional 7-10 days for customs clearance
  • Refunds issued in USD; exchange rates may apply

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged merchandise:

  1. Photograph packaging and product immediately
  2. Do not use the item
